Shipping Information

All online orders will be shipped within 24 hours whenever possible. We are not open on Sundays or Holidays, so orders made on Saturday evening, Sundays and holidays will be shipped the next business day. If we are currently out of stock of an item, we will notify you and let you make the decision whether to hold the entire order or ship what we have and notify you when the remainder arrives.

We prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail envelopes and boxes within the United States. For larger orders, we will ship either USPS or FedEx. We will choose the least expensive method of shipment. We can get about 4 yards of fabric in a Flat Rate Envelope for $5.15 (Flannel about 2.0 yards). Anything over that amount, will ship in a Flat Rate Box for $10.95. We are not responsible for orders lost by USPS as these are not shipped insured.

International shipping: We will ship in a flat rate envelope for $13.95 to Canada and Mexico. Shipping in a flat rate global priority envelope will be $16.95 to other countries. Anything over 4 yards will ship in a flat rate box for $29.95 (Canada and Mexico) and $47.95 (other countries). There will be no tracking on flat rate envelopes.

Policies

Our refund policy is subject to a case by case basis; however, we do not refund for an any printed materials purchased, due to the copyright restrictions. We do accept returns and give refunds, if you received a wrong item by mistake, or the fabric was inadvertently sent to you with a manufacturer flaw. We will gladly correct the error at our expense. We ask that all complaints and/or returns be made within 14 days of the date of the order. If we are unable to correct the problem, or if the merchandise is no longer available, we will refund your credit card for the amount of the purchase.
